Clifbar is a grassroots, homegrown company that started when founder, Gary Erikson, was on a bike ride and took a bite of an energy bar and thought, “I could make a better bar than this.” While they are passionately dedicated to making the best energy bar on the market with organic ingredients (since 2003 they’ve purchased nearly 100 million pounds of organic food), free of transfats, hydrogenated oils, and high fructose corn syrup, they are just as dedicated to their values. Their five aspirations are sustaining our planet, sustaining our community, sustaining our people, sustaining our business, and sustaining our brands.

Clifbar even has a company wide community service day and fosters the spirit of giving in its employees that is unmatched. (See Volunteering).
